Heating & AC Service in Chicago

The crew showed up on time every day. Wojtek explained what they would do each day. The job site (boiler room) was always clean at the end of the day. The installation looks great: all the piping and wiring were neatly done (compared to the hodgepodge of the boiler that was replaced.) High marks all around.

Quick and easy-- thank you!

Ken, was very professional and on time, gave me a call prior to coming out, he explained the process and I was very satisfied with the service.

Fast, fair and everything functioning. Recommended!

Very professional, courteous & explains the work being done very effectively!

There are not enough stars to rate my review. Kris at TDH goes above and beyond the required work. The entire staff at TDH are very professional, knowledgeable and always are there for my needs. It’s hard to find good honest companies. TDH is the exception.

Wally was great！He helped us figure out what was wrong with our AC and gave us extra tips on the AC and the wiring. Very responsible and professional.

Kris did a great job. He was professional and very helpful.

TDH guys are so professional on installing the HVAC unit on a pitched roof. They even sealed the duckwork connected to the main unit. The price is reasonable too. I’ll definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Ken showed up on time and quickly completed his inspection and cleaning of our furnace and humidifier for a very reasonable price.

Ken gave us a heads up call letting us know ETA until he showed up. He was friendly upon arrival and quickly and efficiently inspected and cleaned our system! He also shared some friendly tips to help run the system more efficiently which was great to hear!

These guys were diligent and timely. They were also more fairly priced than other HVAC companies. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I've been using TDH's services for a few years and will continue to use them because they're great at what they do.

We initially contacted TDH Mechanical due to two neighbors who recommended them. They were correct in their recommendations. We got Wally Wojtowicz and his co-worker for the project. They were professional workers. They worked all day with only lunch breaks to complete the project. They provided through workmanship by minimizing the size of holes cut into drywall. He explained how to do the dry wall repair so the room would not get cold. He was considered for us as customer by starting the project at 8 am instead of 7 am. They cleaned the work area every day to avoid disturbance. We would recommend TDH Mechanical to anyone looking to install or repair mini split units and refrigeration lines.

I love the service they provide they was on time and work efficiently didn’t leave until everything with fix and explained everything to and made sure I knew how to work everything. Thanks again love the service

Super thorough install. Wally really knows his stuff and the new system works 10x better than the last ever did. So glad I went with them.

The TDH team is responsive and effective in providing services. I value their partnership -

Thorough cleaning and servicing of my AC units.

Very calm, professional, and efficient, Kristina did a great job within 48hrs after our call!

Ken is professional and knowledgeable!

Thoughtful. Helpful. Easy-going. Effective. Fast.

3 years after installation, something failed and had a warranty call. Tech came out same day (great), but then said the wiring failed and he did a temp fix by disconnecting the heat and applying the wires to the AC. Told me $250 for today and another $450 to come finish the job. Angie’s list says it is a $120-200 job total and that is assuming it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty, which it is for 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling (their competitor). So they want $700 for something that should be free. Ridiculous.

Diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair smooth

12 hour day, full AC and Furnace install, including a crane to get the unit to the roof! Excellent job! Couldn’t be happier!

I sent a photo of the problem ahead of time but when technician arrived he said he could not service the machine because of the drainage pipe. We eventually convinced him to provide the service because he said he was going to charge us and not do it. Afterwards, he didn't explain anything from the inspection. And the information I could understand like the outside temperature was not accurate. It said the temp was 96 but it was only in the 70s. I feel like I paid 85 for nothing.

Kris is great. He’s serviced our navien boiler a few times now and I appreciate that he shows up at 7:50am for an 8am appointment. I also recognize that preventative maintenance isn’t the most exciting part of the job. He still takes it seriously and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his work and our reliable access to hot water!

Wally was diagnosed the problem with our cooling unit promptly. He scheduled the next job promptly for the following morning which will be a great relief to our staff and clients.

TDH Mechanical overall was very satisfying to work with from setting up initial appointment to view the work to be completed, very competitive proposal quote, and the installation by Alfredo who ensured i knew from the beginning the work to be completed and the timeframe it would be completed. Very professional to work with. Additional item, I would occasionally hear back from the company as I was evaluating all the proposals which indicated to me that I was more than just another customer contact in a database. There were no surprises before, during or after and received the best labor/equipment/install price from this company; highly recommended?

They came right away on a busy weekend. The technician was very politey and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. Will use them again for sure.

Everyone from Rolando, Mark and Tim were great to work with. Very responsive and consulted with me to give me options of how to service/replace the furnace. Would highly recommend them. My mother and sister have also hired them for work and had recommended them due to a positive experience.

Great job on the installation professionally done

Prompt and great service. Very honest and dependable.

Great service

TDH is a great partner. I have rental units and they help me stay on top of keeping the HVAC ship shape. Jacquie, Emily and the service techs do a great job communicating and scheduling. That is very important to me.

Alfredo and his coworker were very professional. They did a nice clean job. Thanks to all at TDH.

Alfredo and his team did an excellent job in installing my A/C and furnace. I appreciate all their help, explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. They also cleaned after their work.

Got my 18 year HVAC system replaced. Mark and Jesus were on time and were very nice - great customer service and a great experience. Made sure the systems all worked before they left and cleaned everything up. Price for entire install couldn't be beat - final cost was exactly as quoted. Thank you TDH!
