Heating & AC Service in Chicago

Rolando was quick, efficient and a professional. He knew right away the issues regarding my combo unit.

great work by the TDH team

The Technician called me day of the appointment with an ETA, he worked quickly. I would use TDH in the future.

Excellent job all around- service, cleaned and double checked everything.

Rolando was GREAT! Prompt, courteous and efficient!

Kris did an awesome job today on my yearly AC tuneup. He really cleaned the compressor out and was very friendly.

Kris was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also took time to explain his assessment and offered suggestions, which I appreciated!

TDH was efficient, kind, straight to the point, and cost effective. We would recommend them and use their services again.

Very polite, respectable, friendly, does his job in a professional manner. I'm very satisfied with the job well done.

Adolfo and his crew are very good. They’re keeping us up to date on their progress and explaining what and why they’re doing what they do. Neat and clean.

TDH and Ken are fantastic. Ken came within five hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the situation and explained steps needed to remedy the situation. Turns out the furnace wasn't the issue - clogged drain pipe.

Wonderful service - quick, efficient, professional - nothing but positive things to say.

I was assured by Emily that I would be the first stop at 7:30. 9:30, no one. I asked Emily to call me, she never called. Ken arrived at 10. He found the problem with the wiring on the air conditioner. Since it was not the warrantied furnace, the charge was $210. Ken is an odd person. I will be more comfortable with another service person next time. I assume you are not posting this survey online.

Really appreciate that your business always answers the phone or calls back promptly. Friendly people and easy to work with. Also Ken’s the man

Wally was a true gentleman. He Listened to my concerns and delivered. Thank you Danny Schaefer

We had Kris come out for a tuneup on our ac unit. He was on time and very friendly. He discovered something was wrong with the unit and immediately made plans to fix it. Appreciate his help and would highly recommend TDH!

TDH Mechanical sent someone out to examine our furnace not blowing cold air and quickly determined the cause was a faulty relay switch. I will use TDH Mechanical on all our servicing needs. WARNING: Be careful using other companies. Yesterday, a Sears Technician came out to examine our AC and said they're not allowed to use a ladder taller than 6ft, so could not even go on the roof. Wasted $99 on the service call. TDH Mechanical has no such restrictions. Don't make the same mistake.

Fantastic work

The TDH staff & technicians are all very experienced and knowledgeable. I appreciate the professional work done by the TDH representatives. They did an incredible job removing my old A/C from an extremely high roof top, and installing a complete new system including H2O heater, humidifier and even helped with an electronic Ecco Bee thermostat. They have continued servicing my system with the highest regard for maintenance.

Annual HVAC service by Rolando was great. Easy to work with. Gave me a courtesy call an hour out from arrival.

Very easy company to work with and great service.

Kris showed up right on time and explained everything he did clearly. Great price and great experience - will be back next time for Furnace maintenance!

Rolando answered my questions and was quite professional.

Rolando is the best TDH technician. He is very professional & knowledgeable. He was especially careful working in our home making sure his work area was clean.

Very polite, knowledgeable and professional

On time, courteous, fixed the problem inside of 15 minutes.

Kris has serviced our AC last year, and he is always efficient and professional.

Rolando called in advance to advise me of his ETA, and arrived on time. He was courteous, efficient, and completed the AC check up in a timely manner. He gave me good advice to delay the furnace checkup until the Fall since I had no need to use it during summer months. TDH installed my AC unit 6 years ago and has serviced it annually since. I’ve never had any issues and they have been great to work with.

Ken was great, thorough in knowledge, did all Informed him of asked concerning issues, Thanks!

Ken was great and knowledgable about the work he was completing. He helped us determine where our AC Unit was located in our building although we were unable to identify it prior to him helping out which I felt terrible about. TDH has always been a helpful company as they originally installed the HVAC system of the unit we purchased. I highly recommend them for your Heating/Cooling needs.

Ken was super helpful and explained various approaches we could take. I have worked with TDH for close to a decade, and will continue to do so based on my recent experience.

Communication was great, service equally so.

Mark who installed my new system was really professional. He answered all my questions along the way. Rolando who came out for the quote was a great guy too. The overall quote for the equipment was great and they installed two days after the quote so very timely.

Ken was very informative and responded very well to all of our concerns

Chris was awesome,

Our furnace needed some repair, Kris was kind and efficient, and our furnace issue was resolved. Thanks!
